Key rules of booking and stays (in brief)

To save you some time, below you will find the most important rules of booking and stays at the Sunny Flowers Apartments in Łukęcin. These include:

During the summer break (July and August) we offer only 7-day stays, from Saturday to Saturday. In the remaining months of the year, the minimum duration of the stay is 4 days – changes to this rule can be made on a case-by-case basis.
The maximum number of guests in the apartment is 8 people. It is not possible to rest more guests.

We require a 30% deposit upon confirmation of your booking, and a full payment 14 days prior to your arrival at the apartment.
On the day of your arrival, we ask for a refundable deposit of 250 EUR.
Smoking is prohibited in Sunny Flowers Apartments and on its premises.
Pets are not allowed to stay in Sunny Flowers Apartments.
Moving any fixed furnishings in the apartments is strictly prohibited. There is a possibility of joining single beds in the rooms (notification required before arrival, only the staff can move the beds ).
Parties/events on the premises of Sunny Flowers Apartments are not allowed.
We provide two free parking spaces for guests' passenger cars per apartment.

We hate reading terms and conditions, manuals and other documents like them; however, sometimes they are necessary if one wants to avoid misunderstandings and problems. For detailed rules on booking, arrival, stay and departure, please see the Terms and Conditions below.

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of booking, rental and stay in the Sunny Flowers Apartments in Łukęcin (hereinafter referred to as SFA Apartments) in order to ensure peace, quiet, safety and a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Booking

During the summer break in July and August, you can only book stays of 7 days or several full weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. In the remaining months of the year, the minimum duration of the stay is 4 days – changes to this rule can be made on a case-by-case basis.
The maximum number of guests in the apartment is 8 people..
Guests book the apartments exclusively by e-mail sent to kontakt@sunnyflowers.com.pl after confirming the availability of the selected apartment on a chosen date by phone or e-mail. The booking message should include contact details, date of stay and number of guests.
Booking is valid for 3 days, during which the guest receives an e-mail confirmation, which includes the date, price of stay, description of the apartment and its furnishings, as well as any custom arrangements or preparations.
Within 3 days from sending confirmation of the reservation by SFA Apartments via e-mail, the Guest shall pay a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price of the stay. Failure to pay the deposit or payment after the deadline will result in automatic booking cancellation. Payment of a deposit is tantamount to accepting these Terms and Conditions, as well as the rules of rental and stay.
In the cases where SFA Apartments fails to meet the previously agreed arrangements due to reasons beyond its control, the deposit will not be refunded.
The Guest pays the remainder of the stay price no later than 14 days before the first day of their stay. Failure to pay the stay price is tantamount to cancelling the booking, while the deposit will not be refunded by SFA Apartments.
Stay price is not refundable in the cases, where the stay is cut short for reasons beyond the control of SFA Apartments.

Arrival

The apartment is available for guests from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please arrive between 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
On the day of arrival we ask for a refundable deposit of 200 EUR.
The guests of each of the suites can use two parking spaces for passenger cars. Parking spaces are assigned for the entire duration of the stay. Please park in designated spaces only.
Please be informed that the Dziwnów Municipality collects a resort tax, which needs to be paid on the 3rd day from the date of arrival at the latest. More details can be found on the municipality’s website (link).

Departure

Guests should vacate the apartment by 10:00 on the last day of their stay. If you are leaving early, please let us know in advance.
On the day of departure, after the apartment has been handed over by the Guests, the refundable deposit is returned, if there is no damage to the apartment or its furnishings. Refunding the refundable deposit does not release the Guests from any claims made by SFA Apartments concerning any damage not discovered during the handover.

Stay

In order to ensure a pleasant stay for everybody, we ask all guests to observe the principles of safety and mannerly recreation, due to the fact that during their stay, other Guests are also enjoying their vacation in the immediate vicinity. Parties/events on the premises of Sunny Flowers Apartments are not allowed.
Keep in mind that from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. there is a night quiet time on the premises of SFA Apartments During that time, only the Guests declared in the booking message are allowed to remain on the premises of SFA Apartments. Any guests of our Guests are asked to leave the premises of SFA Apartments for the night.
Handing over the apartment takes place in the presence of SFA Apartments staff. The Guest who booked the apartment is fully liable for any damage or destruction of SFA Apartments’ property resulting from their actions, which cannot be attributed to normal wear and tear resulting from correct and intended use of the suite and its furnishings.
Apartment furnishings should only be used in accordance with their intended use. SFA Apartments shall not be held liable for accidents causes by improper use of the apartment or its furnishings and consequences thereof.
SFA Apartments bears no responsibility for Guests' property stored or left in the apartments. Guests are required to properly secure their belongings against theft or damage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of SFA Apartments. In the case of violation of this rule, the costs of cigarette smell removal of 500 PLN will be charged to the Guests.
The use of open fire (burning candles, incense, etc.) is strictly prohibited in the apartments. The only exceptions to this rule include the fireplace (which lights automatically and does not require using open fire) and the barbecue.
Moving the barbecue equipment is strictly prohibited..
Moving any furniture or fixed furnishings in the apartments is strictly prohibited, especially in order to move any elements of furniture outside, including onto the terrace. Some of the furniture is fixed in place and any attempts to move it may result in damage.
Children and adolescents staying in SFA Apartments should be accompanied by parents, legal guardians or caretakers, who bear full responsibility for their behaviour and full liability for any damage caused by them.
Pets are not allowed on the premises of SFA Apartments, as the apartments do not offer proper conditions for their stay, and thus cannot ensure their safety.

Stays

Guests visiting the SFA Apartments are required to observe generally accepted social norms, safety rules, fire safety rules and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
Violation of these rules may result in the termination of the stay without any refund.
